Proxy components recovered, connectivity issues solved.
Retrospective sum up:
We lost all of our connections twice at 9:44 am (to 9:53) and again at 10:06 am (to 10:12).
This affected all pascom Clients. As a side effect a lot of our customers wanted to report problems via my.pascom.net leading to an overload situation there resulting in unresponsive my.pascom.net. This also recovered now.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working on better alerting here to avoid those situations in the future right now.
Proxy components had resource issues leading to connection drops. Resources got increased, connectivity should recover soon.
